Based on the Airbus A300-600 airframe, the BelugaST has an oversized upper fuselage allowing it to carry fuselage sections, wings or complete aircraft sections.
Historically used internally by Airbus to connect its European factories, the Beluga is today also available for exceptional oversized freight charter outside the aerospace sector.
Its enormous usable volume makes it the reference aircraft for transporting very bulky but relatively light loads, such as industrial structures or wind turbine components.
