From Urgent One-Shots to Multi-Month Secured Capacity
At Dynami Aviation OPS, we know that a charter need can range from an urgent one-shot to securing capacity over several weeks or months. That is why we cover the full spectrum of solutions, in both cargo and passenger, with a single goal: proposing the most relevant and safest format for your operation.
The 5 Key Air Charter Formats
ACMI (Wet Lease): the operator provides the aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance. Ideal for capacity reinforcement or operational continuity, with fast, turnkey setup.
Aircraft Only (Dry Lease): the lessor provides only the aircraft, for operators who already have their crew and OPS organization. Key point: this requires a solid operational structure.
Full Charter: you privatize 100% of the capacity on a flight, for emergencies, oversized freight, dangerous goods or humanitarian operations, with full priority on timing and routing.
Part Charter: you book part of the capacity on a chartered flight, optimizing budget while accessing dedicated capacity.
Series of Flights: a planned rotation (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly), in full or shared capacity, for seasonal peaks, industrial ramp-up or supply chain regularity.

Frequently Asked Questions About Air Charter Formats
What is ACMI (Wet Lease) in air charter?
ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) is a format where the operator provides the aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance. It is ideal for capacity reinforcement, operational continuity, or launching a new route.
What is the difference between ACMI and Dry Lease (Aircraft Only)?
In a Dry Lease, the lessor provides only the aircraft, while the lessee brings its own crew and operational organization. This offers more fleet flexibility but requires a solid operational structure (crew, maintenance, insurance, compliance).
What is a Full Charter?
A Full Charter means privatizing 100% of the capacity (cargo or seats) on a one-off flight, ideal for emergencies, oversized freight, dangerous goods, humanitarian operations, or complex routings.
What is a Part Charter and when should I choose it?
A Part Charter means booking part of the capacity (seats, volume, tonnes) on a chartered flight, ideal for one-off flows when a full charter is not necessary, allowing budget optimization.
When should I set up a series of flights instead of a one-off charter?
A series of flights (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly rotation) suits seasonal peaks, industrial ramp-up, e-commerce, pharma, or projects requiring regularity and secured capacity over time.
How do I choose the right charter format for my needs?
The broker’s role is to help you choose the most suitable format, not the heaviest one, taking into account your route, deadline, cargo or passenger type, and your specific constraints (DGR, oversized, temperature, security).
